Jury Awards $4.45M for Medical Malpractice by ER Doc in Indiana
HAMMOND, IN — The Times of Munster Indiana (May 20, 2008) reports that a jury awared $4.45 million to a family after finding an emergency doctor responsible for medical malpractice in the death of 45-year-old man who "died of an abdominal aortic aneurysm about 12 hours after being discharged from St. Catherine Hospital in East Chicago."
